7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers: Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser- treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Steve Gustkey- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Blk Pwdr & Junior Rifle.

Treasurer’s Report: John read the report.

Bills and Communications: The oil tank was filled, and the Fall taxes were paid.

Pop: Steve turned in $6.

Rental Committee Report: SRU Sept 19 & 20, Hunter Safety Course Sept 24 & 25 (5 pm-9:30 pm).

Pistol Team: Steve said the indoor season will start Sept 26. Steve also announced that he is resigning as the captain of the pistol team. Anyone willing to take over can contact him. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Tom was absent tonight. Nothing to report. Practice on Tuesdays. It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets. Anyone is welcome to come and shoot.

Black Powder: Mike had nice turnout for the Rendezvous. There were about 42 camps set up this year and about 80 registered shooters. Mike said he will be turning in a little over $1,000 after he figures out all the expenses. Steve turned in $291 from the kitchen.

Meat Shoot: The meat shoot took in $160, expenses $110, kept $15, turned in $35. 2nd Sunday of each month 11:00 am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team: Mike said if there are enough interested kids the Junior shoots will start again in November. Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2. Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest.

Archery: Nothing to report.

Fun Indoor Shoot: Fun shoots are scheduled to start the 1st Monday in October. They normally shoot every Monday 10 am-till shooting is done, doors open at 9 am. Everyone is welcome. .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.

Membership: REMINDER – October thru February is time to renew your dues and key cards. Brian took in $45, key cards $0, maintenance fund $5, general fund $40. 57 new members for 2019, 438 senior life/charter members, ? total club members.

Old Business: Kris R. said he will be fixing the 100-yard rifle backstop on September 14 & 15.

New Business: Nothing this month.
